♡ INSTRUCTIONS 1 Wash red beans with plenty of water. 2 Boil the red beans with plenty of water. 3 Turn the heat off when it boils, cover and wait for about 20 minutes drain the dirty water. 4 Simmer the red beans on low heat with enough water to cover them while adding water for one hour. 5 Turn the heat off when it boils, cover and wait for about 20 minutes, and drain the dirty water. 6 Weigh all the materials and check the amount of condiment (sugar and water) in the above table. 7 Dissolve the sugar with the water on low heat in a pod. 8 Boil the red beans in the pod on high heat while stirring from the bottom quickly. 9 When the water is almost evaporated, turn the heat off. |
