☆ Red bean
１ Wash red beans with plenty of water.
２ Boil the red beans with plenty of water.
３ Turn the heat off when it boils, cover and wait for about 20 minutes
drain the dirty water.
４ Simmer the red beans on low heat with enough water to cover them
while adding water for one hour.
５ Turn the heat off when it boils, cover and wait for about 20 minutes,

６ Weigh all the materials and check the amount of condiment (sugar and water)
in the above table.
７ Dissolve the sugar with the water on low heat in a pod.
８ Boil the red beans in the pod on high heat while stirring
from the bottom quickly.
９ When the water is almost evaporated, turn the heat off.
