Boiled Hijiki
  INGREDIENTS

      ☆ Dried Hijiki
          Soak dried Hijiki in water until tender and drain off water.


      ☆ Fried bean curd
          Removing oil by pouring boiling water and make chopped.


      ☆ Carrot
         Make chopped.

      ☆ Other vegetables as you like:
              Dried shiitake mushrooms, soybeans, etc.
         Cut into bite-size chunks.

* dashi: broth made from kelp and/or dried bonito shavings

  
  ♡ INSTRUCTIONS


     Weigh all the materials and check the amount of "dashi"
          and "condiment (soy sauce, sugar, & mirin)" in the above table.

     Warms oil in frying pan and fries Soak seaweed, in the following put
          other vegetables other than Fried bean curd.

     Pour dashi and condiment with fried bean curd into frying pan and boil down.
