♡ INSTRUCTIONS 1 Weigh all the materials and check the amount of "dashi" and "condiment (soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sake, grated ginger, starch & pepper)" in the above table. 2 Put the condiment other than starch in the bowl and chicken in a dunk for 10 minutes. 3 Drain chicken lightly and dredge the chicken in starch. 4 Fry the chicken at 180˚C. |
