|Japanese style fried chicken|
| ♡ INGREDIENTS
☆ Chicken thigh
Cut into bite-size chunks.
１ Weigh all the materials and check the amount of "dashi"
and "condiment (soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sake, grated ginger,
starch & pepper)" in the above table.
２ Put the condiment other than starch in the bowl
and chicken in a dunk for 10 minutes.
３ Drain chicken lightly and dredge the chicken in starch.
４ Fry the chicken at 180˚C.
