|Miso-flavored simmered mackerel|
| ♡ INGREDIENTS
☆ Slices of mackerel
* dashi: broth made from kelp and/or dried bonito shavings
１ Weigh all the materials and check the amount of "dashi", "condiment
(soy sauce, sugar, miso, sake & mirin)", grated ginger in the above table.
２ Put dashi and ginger in the pod and boil fishes for 6-7 minutes.
３ Put other ingredients with dashi in the pod and boil them for 4-5 minutes.
