| ♡ INGREDIENTS
☆ Any green vegetables
Boiled, cut into bite-size chunks, and drain.
☆ Fried bean curd
Removing oil by pouring boiling water and make chopped.
* dashi: broth made from kelp and/or dried bonito shavings
１ Weigh all the materials and check the amount of "dashi" and
"condiment (soy sauce and mirin)" in the above table.
２ Boil dashi and the condiment in a saucepan.
３ Add the green vegetables and fried bean curd to boil.
