|Simmered pork and radish|
| ♡ INGREDIENTS
Cut into bite-size chunks.
* dashi: broth made from kelp and/or dried bonito shavings
１ Weigh all the materials and check the amount of "dashi" and "condiment
(soy sauce, sugar, & mirin)" in the above table.
２ Fries pork with an appropriate amount warms salad oil and take out.
３ Put radish with dashi and condiment in the pod and boil for ten minutes.
4 Place the fried pork in the pot and boil for another ten minutes..
