* dashi: broth made from kelp and/or dried bonito shavings


     Weigh all the materials and check the amount of "dashi" and
          "condiment (soy sauce and salt)" in the above table.

     Dashi and the condiment to a boil in a saucepan.

     Add the ingredients and simmer to cook thoroughly to the core.
